Delete your Nautilus account and data
Recommended option: open Nautilus, go to Profile > Security zone, type DELETE and tap Delete account.
What is deleted
- Your user account.
- Investigations, notes, boards and account-related data.
- Profile settings and preferences.
What may be retained
We may keep minimal data when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, defence of claims or essential technical records.
External request
If you cannot access the app, request deletion by writing to ntilus.project@gmail.com from the email linked to your account. Include your username and write "Delete Nautilus account".
Timing
Manual requests will be reviewed as soon as possible. We may ask for additional information to confirm account ownership.
